Fintech Startup Cadre Secures $65 Million

Real estate investment marketplace Cadre announced it has raised $65 million in Series C financing

Cadre announced it has raised $65 million in Series C financing.

Cadre is an online marketplace that connects investors and operators of real estate. It enables investments and transactions, provides a sophisticated technology product for managing processes, and powers predictive analytics for its investors. Founded in 2014 by Ryan Williams, the company had previously raised $68.3 million from notable investors, including Peter Thiel’s Founders Fund, Alibaba’s Jack Ma, and real-estate moguls and Trump in-laws Jared and Joshua Kushner.

According to the company, the new round of capital follows significant growth by the company since launching its product about two years ago. Cadre’s latest funding will drive national expansion into additional markets, further development of its data program, and fuel continued growth of its world-class technology and real estate teams.
