Enterprise IT Startup PHEMI Raises $10 Million

PHEMI announced it has secured $10 million in financing. Six investors participated in the round, among them CTI Life Sciences Fund, BDC Venture Capital, Yaletown Venture Partners, Quark Venture, and GF Securities.
PHEMI delivers privacy, security, governance, and enterprise-grade management for big data. Its flagship product, PHEMI Central Big Data Warehouse, embeds privacy policies and enforces access privileges and data sharing agreements at the data level, removing a critical roadblock standing in the way of enterprises that plan to become data-driven.
According to the company, the latest investment in PHEMI will be used to enhance R&D efforts and to expand sales channels.
