Enterprise IT Startup HelloSign Raises $16 Million

HelloSign completed $16 million in Series B financing. Eight investors participated in the round, among them Foundry Group, U.S. Venture Partners, Greylock Partners, and the Webb Investment Network.
HelloSign aims to power the future of intelligent business. The company’s software platform, which includes esignature, digital workflow and electronic fax solutions, converts process to revenue for more than 50,000 companies around the world.
According to the company, Hellosign will use the funding to fuel its enterprise expansion, accelerate growth, and fund product innovation.
