CrowdFlower Brings In $20 Million

AI startup CrowdFlower announced it has raised $20 million in financing. Industry Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, Canvas Venture Fund, Microsoft Ventures and Trinity Ventures participated in the funding.

CrowdFlower is an AI platform for data science teams. The company aims to help customers generate high-quality customized training data for machine-learning initiatives and automate business processes with easy-to-deploy models and integrated “human-in-the-loop” workflows. The CrowdFlower software platform supports a wide range of use cases, including self-driving cars, intelligent personal assistants, medical image labeling, content categorization, customer support ticket classification, social data insight, CRM data enrichment, product categorization, and search relevance.
