BrideClick Acquires Mode Media for Undisclosed Sum

Wedding advertising network BrideClick has acquired Mode Media announced. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. 

Mode Media is a unique entertainment website company that covers fashion, beauty, and celebrity style while providing women a unique contextual shopping experience. The team that designed and built Glam.com was handpicked from the technology, fashion, design, and publishing industries.

According to BrideClick, it will relaunch under the name Glam Inc. The company is also currently looking to hire a new editor in chief, as well as expanding its sales and technology teams.
