Boom Fantasy Brings In $2 Million

Gaming startup Boom Fantasy announced the close of $2 million in seed financing. Two investors contributed to the round, including FF Angel.

Boom Shakalaka is an in-game fantasy sports product, pushing real-time questions to users (for example, Will Adam Vinatieri make this 50-yard field goal? Will A-Rod hit a homerun in this at-bat?) and allowing them compete with others.

The company said it plans to use the new funds for product development  and player enhancements.
