Vista Equity Partners Acquires Lithium Technologies

Lithium Technologies announced that it has been acquired by Vista Equity Partners, a leading American private equity and venture capital firm focused on financing and backing software, technology-enabled startup businesses, and passive equity investments. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Using data and the company’s software, Lithium helps its customer boost sales, reduce service costs, spark innovation, and build long-term brand loyalty and advocacy.
