Spruce Secures $5 Million

Insurance tech startup Spruce announced the completion of $5 million in Series A financing. Bessemer Venture Partners, Omidyar Network, Third Prime Capital, Collaborative Fund and Notation Capital participated in the funding.

Based in New York City, Spruce is a title insurance and closing company using software and data to make real estate transactions fast, frictionless and secure.
