Software Startup Instabase Secures $23 Million

According to documents filed with the SEC, Instabase has secured $23 million in financing from an undisclosed investor.

Founded in 2015 by Anant Bhardwaj, Instabase is a computing platform that empowers organizations to solve problems, make discoveries, and create new breakthroughs.  

The company had raised $3.7 million from Greylock Partners and New Enterprise Associates in 2015. Instabase did not disclose the investors or the proceeds purposes for this round of financing.
