Real Estate Startup Rentalutions Raises $2 Million

Rentalutions announced it has raised $2 million in financing. Three investors participated in the round: Cultivation Capital, Sandalphon Capital, and M25 Group.

Rentalutions offers an online property management software tool that aims to automate, organize, and simplify the rental cycle. The company’s platform not only helps landlords easily manage their residential rental properties but also save time and comply with local regulations.

According to the company, the new funding will allow Rentalutions to add new features to automate common time-consuming and expensive processes, including finding and screening tenants, accepting payments, and managing maintenance requests.
