Real Estate Startup Opcity Secures $27 Million

Opcity announced it has raised $27 million in financing. Three investors contributed to the round, among them Icon Ventures, Georgian Partners, and LiveOak Venture Partners.

Opcity provides no-fee lead generation for brokerages. The company makes calls, filters, and continually follows up with inquiries until the perfect client is ready to speak to brokerage agents.

The use of the financing’s proceeds were not disclosed by the company.
