FinTech Startup Wealthsimple Has Raised $37 Million

Wealthsimple announced it has secured $37 million in Series B financing. Two investors participated in the round, including Power Financial Corporation.

Wealthsimple aims to be a new kind of financial advisor, one that’s intuitive, affordable, and human. The company builds diversified portfolio of ETFs for its clients and guides them to help achieve financial goals.

According to the company, Wealthsimple will use the new funds to continue its expansion in the United States and Canada.
