ChannelAdvisor Acquires HubLogix for Undisclosed Sum

HubLogix announced today that it has been acquired by ChannelAdvisor, a North Carolina-based company providing cloud-based ecommerce software solutions to more than 2,800 customers worldwide, including Dell, KitchenAid, Under Armour, and Samsung.

HubLogix is a SaaS-based product that empowers online retailers to automate logistics process throughout the order lifecycle. The company works with some of the leading commerce platforms and a growing eco-system of third-party logistics providers and distributors to make sure orders go from cart to doorstep as efficiently as possible.
