AI Startup Invenia Has Raised $5 Million

Invenia just closed $5 million in Series A financing. Two investors contributed to the round, among them Zetta Venture Partners.
Invenia has developed a proprietary cloud-based “Energy Intelligence System” that uses large sets of high-frequency data to solve complex problems in real time. Invenia currently applies its platform to optimize electric utility operations as well as to electricity markets themselves.
