According to a recent SEC filing, Infrastructure Networks has raised $4.5 million in financing from an undisclosed investor.

Infrastructure Networks, Inc.(INET), provides broadband networks dedicated to the needs of critical infrastructure industries. The company’s advanced wireless networks aim to enable increased productivity and efficiency by providing real-time connectivity for machine-to-machine communications. INET claims that it is the largest private LTE provider in the oil and gas market. The company’s network currently covers 36,000 square miles, secures more than 160,000 square miles of licensed spectrum, and covers five out of seven major shale plays in the United States.
