VideoAmp Secures $21.4 Million

ad tech startup VideoAmp Secures $21.4 Million

Digital Media startup VideoAmp announced it has raised $21.4 million in Series B financing. Seven investors participated in the round: Mediaocean, RTL Group, GoAhead Ventures, Startup Capital Ventures, Anthem Venture Partners, Wavemaker Partners, and Simon Equity Partners.

VideoAmp is an integrated TV operating system for “the convergence of the linear TV and digital video advertising ecosystems.” The company’s software and data solution enables advertisers to plan, buy, and measure the success of de-duplicated and precisely targeted campaigns that reach linear TV, video-on-demand, and other digital audiences. According to the company, the linear suite allows companies for the first time to use digital data for the planning and allocation of upfront TV commitments within existing workflows, all within the VideoAmp fully self-serve operating system for buyers and sellers.

According to the company, funding will be used to fuel growth.
