Enterprise IT Startup Lever Closes $30 Million

According to the company, recruiters, managers, interviewers, and candidates currently use outdated, clunky software. Lever brings a fresh approach and a passion for excellent software, focusing on the candidate-company relationship and delivering unique insights into companies’ talent. It streamlines the hiring process by integrating with Google apps to make hiring efficient and easy. The company’s app is the applicant tracking system of choice for Netflix, Eventbrite, Foursquare, Lyft, ClearSlide, change.org, and hundreds of other leading companies.
The company revealed that the new investment will be used to fund Lever’s ongoing innovation and R&D, with a particular eye toward serving highly complex, global organizations.
