Ada Support closed $2.5 million in financing. Bessemer Venture Partners and Version One Ventures participated in the round.
Ada is a customer support automation software that enables companies easily to leverage machine learning to provide instant answers to questions in chat. The company’s first tool is a chatbot creation platform that reduces support volume, empowers customers to find answers on their own, and and automatically learns how to serve customers better in the future.
According to the company, Ada Support will use the funding primarily for additional product development.
