Software Startup NarrativeDx Secures $4 Million

NarrativeDx announced the close of $4 million in financing from an undisclosed investor.

Co-founded by Kyle Robertson and Senem Guney in 2014, NarrativeDx is an artificial intelligence platform that aims to improve patient experience. NarrativeDx’s cloud-based, HIPAA-compliant, healthcare-specific AI platform uses natural language processing and machine learning to collect, analyze, and visualize unstructured patient feedback from internal and external sources, including CAHPS surveys, grievance letters, and social review sites.
