A few of America’s largest companies, including Amazon, Facebook and Salesforce have launched economic relief initiatives to help small businesses weather the pandemic.
These economic initiatives include micro-grants, ad credits and low-interest loans, according to Business Insider. Below is a list of 10 companies offering financial relief for employers.
Amazon’s Neighborhood Small Business Relief Fund – $5 million in cash grants to companies near Amazon office buildings.
Facebook’s Small Business Grants Program – $100 million to help 30,000 businesses in more than 30 countries with cash grants and ad credits.
GoFundMe’s Small Business Relief Initiative – $500 cash grants to small businesses during the pandemic.
Google’s ‘Grow with Google’ Small Business Fund – $340 million in ad credits to small businesses worldwide.
Hello Alice’s COVID-19 Business for All Emergency Grants – $10,000 cash grants available to businesses affected by the coronavirus pandemic with 50 or fewer employees.
Mailchimp’s Small Business Fund – $10 million in Mailchimp services to paying customers who have been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Salesforce Care Small Business Grants – grants of $10,000 to help support small businesses in the US and abroad.
Verizon’s Small Business Recovery Fund – $10,000 grants to entrepreneurs of color, women-owned businesses, and other companies from marginalized communities.
