Waggl, a platform for real-time employee voice feedback designed to help organizations to create actionable ideas, collect feedback, and meet performance goals, closed a $7 million round of Series A funding led by First Analysis, along with Labora, Funder’s Club, and Rob Bernshteyn.

According to the company, in 2017, Waggl was used by 300 thousand employees at over 100 enterprise-class organizations, including UCHealth, City Electric Supply, Paychex, Ellie Mae, University of Utah, BD, Juniper Networks, McGraw Hill Education, and Heineken, among others. Fueled by demand for its platform, the company grew its revenues by 87% last year. Waggl is the recipient of Brandon Hall Group’s 2017 Excellence in Technology Award for Best Advance in Assessment and Survey Technology, was recognized by the San Francisco Business Times/Silicon Valley Business Journal as one of the Best Places to Work in the SF Bay Area, and was recently named as one of Inc. Magazine’s 2018 Best Workplaces.

Waggl plans to use the funds to accelerate product and business development.
