Asian cryptocurrency community Coingeek.com is hosting its one-day inaugural conference in Hong Kong on May 18 at the Four Seasons Hotel. Aimed at the issue of merchant adoption, the conference will provide insight into Bitcoin’s ever-changing market. The expanded block size of the new BCH technology is enabling merchants to process customer transactions with greater speed and lower transaction fees, positioning it to become the first true global currency.
According to event organizers, chief scientist at nChain Dr. Craig Wright, whom some credit with creating Bitcoin, will speak about new ways to sell and trade with Bitcoin technology. Bitcoin.com CEO Roger Ver will shed light on Bitcoin adoption globally, while mainland China cryptocurrency leader and Bitmain CEO Jihan Wu will also discuss the future of Bitcoin and strengthening the industry by learning from the entire cryptocurrency space.
