Dastidar graduated with a doctorate in mechanical engineering from the University of Massachusetts and holds a bachelor’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology. He is a certified Lean Master and Six Sigma Master Blackbelt, and is a practitioner of design thinking and agile methodology.
