FinTech Startup Elsen Brings in $2.4 Million

Elsen, a platform-as-a-service company for large financial institutions, raised $2.4 million in seed financing, led by Hyperplane Venture Capital, with participation from Accomplice and LAUNCH Fund.

Partner applications built on the Elsen Platform enable users to harness data to solve problems, regardless of their technical background. According to the company, users can conduct data research, backtest investment models, analyze pre-trade risk, and create new investment strategies without relying on teams of programmers.

The funds will be used to bolster sales and marketing, expand Elsen’s engineering team, extend customer support services, and integrate more financial data into its platform-as-a-service.
