Opendorse Secures $3.5 Million

Marketing technology startup Opendorse announced it raised $3.5 million in Series A financing led by Serra Ventures. Flyover Capital also participated in the round.

Opendorse is an athlete marketing platform that helps sports brands share social media content. Founded by two former college athletes, the company claims 2,400 athletes use Opendorse to access and share content from 1,500 brand partners with their 800 million social media followers.

The additional financing will allow Opendorse to invest in additional sales and marketing resources, and to evaluate strategic growth opportunities.
