Insurance technology startup Matic Insurance Services announced it has secured $7 million in Series A financing. Mr. Cooper, Nationwide Mutual Insurance, Anthemis Group, ManchesterStory Group, and National General Insurance participated in the funding.
Matic is a technology-driven insurance agency focused on helping lenders and loan officers better integrate homeowner’s insurance into the lending process. By using loan application information, technology, and partnerships with a diverse network of insurance carriers, Matic provides homebuyers multiple policy options with the goal of helping loan officers close their loans faster.
This new funding will support Matic Insurance Services in doubling its team and scaling the business to serve customers in all verticals.
