Intrinsic ID Names Senior Director of Product Management

Intrinsic ID, a provider of digital authentication technology for Internet of Things security and embedded applications, appointed Alpesh Saraiya to the position of senior director of product management.

Saraiya’s experience includes leading the webOS Core for LG Electronics’ Smart TVs, as well as smart home, smart car, wearables, and mobile. He also steered the Genesis Microchip digital TV business to an acquisition exit by STMicroelectronics. Saraiya has held senior marketing roles at Broadcom and C-Cube Microsystems, as well as R&D positions at IBM.

“Alpesh brings more than 20 years of proven success managing the business of secure, connected products, across a number of industries. This is a great asset for Intrinsic ID,” said Chief Executive Officer Pim Tuyls. “His addition to the team will help us solidify the product portfolio and marketing strategy, empowering large-scale IoT deployments with strong security.”

Saraiya holds a M.S. degree in computer engineering from Syracuse University, and a B.S. degree in electrical and computer engineering from University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
