Interactive energy platform Innovari, Inc., has announced Lisa Jurinka has been appointed to the role of general counsel for the company.
Jurinka has 15 years of experience as a corporate transactional attorney advising emerging growth pre-IPO and public companies. Most recently, she served as general counsel for Jive Software, and also held assistant general counsel roles at CafePress, Inc., Epocrates, Inc., and Broadlane, Inc. Early in her career, she served as a corporate associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, with a focus on corporate finance and securities practice.

Jurinka graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. She earned a B.A. in political science from California State University, Fullerton.
