Consumer startup HUM Nutrition announced the completion of $5 million in Series A financing. Three investors participated in the round: CircleUp, Imaginary Ventures, and Strand Equity Partners.
The L.A.-based startup’s profiling methodology and line of vitamins were developed with leading researchers in nutrition, while its online platform connects consumers with nutrition experts and products.
The Series A funding will allow the brand to invest in long-term initiatives, including product innovation, production, and talent recruitment.
