FRONTSTEPS Purchases Toronto-Based Evercondo

FRONTSTEPS, a software platform for HOAs, builders, security and patrol companies, realtors, and homeowners, announced the acquisition of the Evercondo web platform and smartphone app.

Evercondo, headquartered in Toronto, connects condo managers, board members, and residents with an easy-to-use system for managing day-to-day condo activities. Founded in 2014, its platform and app aim to eliminate friction and frustration for people living in today’s modern communities by increasing transparency and engagement.

“We are very excited about the acquisition of Evercondo as it speeds up the delivery of our overall FRONTSTEPS platform and adds additional features that our existing customer base can immediately utilize,” said Jamie Clymer, FRONTSTEPS chief executive officer. “The purchase moves us into the lucrative condo and high-rise space with one of the best products in the market today.”
