DiliTrust Closes $8 Million

Software startup DiliTrust announced it has secured $8 million in financing from Calcium Capital.
DiliTrust offers software and services dedicated to corporate governance in the legal, financial, and internal control areas. It includes DiliTrust Governance, a collaborative platform for the management of legal operations; DiliTrust Exec, an intuitive digitization solution for boards of directors and committees; DiliTrust Data Room; and DiliTrust MFT, a tool for the secure transfer of sensitive and heavy files.
The funding will enable DiliTrust to open new international markets for its products.
