Technology company Continental is acquiring Argus Cyber Security (Argus), a leader in cyber security, to become a part of EB, Continental’s stand-alone software company.
Founded in 2013 by Israeli cyber security experts, Argus strives to help car manufacturers, their Tier 1 suppliers, and aftermarket connectivity providers, protect connected cars and commercial vehicles from car-hacking. The company previously raised more than $25 million from investors including Magma Venture Partners.
