Software Startup MemberSuite Brings In $1.3 Million

According to a recent SEC filing, MemberSuite raised $1.3 million in financing from an undisclosed investor.

MemberSuite is a cloud-based software solution for associations and member-based nonprofits. Its CRM functionality provides visibility into customers and potential prospects and manages membership lifecycles by allowing members to apply and receive benefits. It also helps nonprofits design, create and renew a variety of emails using the built-in newsletter editor and to increase membership retention by promoting auto-renewal.
