Software Startup Constructor.io Closes $5 Million

Constructor.io announced it has raised $5 million in Series A financing led by Zetta Venture Partners. Signia Venture Partners also participated in the round.

Constructor.io provides search services like Autocomplete as SaaS to help businesses improve revenue, performance, and UI. Big data processing is combined with lightning-fast delivery techniques to bring advanced autosuggest functionality to any site with a search bar. It also offers its users machine-generated search suggestions, re-ranking optimization of results using machine learning, corrections of user misspellings using phonetic and typographic intelligence, personalized results, and global infrastructure.

Constructor.io recently emerged from stealth development.
