Phantom Appoints Dave DeWalt to Board of Directors

Phantom, a leader in security automation and orchestration, today announced Dave DeWalt has been appointed as vice chairman of its board of directors.

DeWalt has more than 25 years in the technology space and has held a series of leadership positions in some of the industry’s most innovative and successful companies. He most recently served as FireEye’s chief executive officer. Before that, he was McAfee’s president and chief executive officer, and he led the 2010 acquisition of McAfee by Intel for $7.7 billion. DeWalt previously served in a number of executive positions at EMC Corporation and has held top leadership positions at Documentum, Quest Software, Segue, and Oracle.
