Israel-based technology company NICE Systems announced that it has acquired WorkFlex Solutions, a provider of call center workforce optimization software. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2009 and based in Cincinnati, WorkFlex claims it has today’s only technology that solves the full intraday workforce management challenge. Its patented solution meets near real-time demand of workforce supply and makes on-demand scheduling adjustment. It also automates virtually all manual intraday performance management issues, including issue analysis and solution identification, agent-supervisor communications, and existing workforce management systems updates.
WorkFlex previously raised two rounds of funding from CincyTech, a public-private partnership investing in high-growth startup technology companies in Southwest Ohio.
