The Watercooler is an online community of leaders who talk candidly about how to build a great workplace. Topics discussed include organization structure, employee handbook, company culture, hiring and recruitment best practices, and interview skills Tough conversations surrounding workplace harassment, firing people, or other types of conflict are also discussed.

The Watercooler charges a membership fee of $20 per month.

The Watercooler was developed by the team behind Know Your Company, a software tool that helps business owners get to know their employees better and overcome company growing pains, including Chief Technology Officer Daniel Lopes and Chief Executive Officer Claire Lew.
