The book was developed by the folks over at Intercom, a messaging platform that allows businesses to talk to consumers almost anywhere – inside an app, on a website, across social media, and via email. Readers will learn how to make sure their messages are laser focused on the right individual, how to write messages in the right tone, voice and format for maximum impact, and how to ensure messages are received in the most appropriate medium and in the most appropriate context.
