Software startup Mynd announced it has raised $5 million in financing led by Lightspeed Venture Partners. Canaan Partners and Jackson Square Ventures also participated.
Mynd provides property management services for Bay Area real estate investors. For tenants, the Mynd Resident Portal is where rent payments can be scheduled and processed automatically, and maintenance requests can be submitted electronically along with photo or video attachments. Owners can view the status of these tasks in their Owner App and obtain a snapshot of their profits anytime and anywhere.
The company announced with this additional investment capital, Mynd will continue its rapid new market expansion, with a continued focus on delivering better service to property owners and their residents.
