Infoblox Inc., the network control company that provides Actionable Network Intelligence, announced that Sammie Walker has been promoted to chief marketing officer.
In her new role, she will lead the company’s worldwide marketing and communications efforts to accelerate Infoblox’s growth and market leadership in security, cloud, and network intelligence.
Walker brings to Infoblox over 20 years of marketing expertise in defining, launching and growing companies in the networking, analytics, security, digital advertising, telecom and collaboration markets. Previously, she held senior marketing management positions with Aerospike, Actian, Appspace, Vidyo, Zenprise, Transera Communications, and Genesys Telecommunications (Alcatel).

Walker holds an M.B.A. from the School of Economics & Business Administration at St. Mary’s College.
