Former Instagram and Apple Team Launches 360° Camera

A team of former Instagram and Apple engineers have introduced Rylo, a 360° camera with stabilization software and smartphone app that helps to eliminate the pain points of shooting, editing, and sharing videos. Users press “record,” and the camera’s dual 208° wide-angle lenses combine to capture everything in frame, while its software automatically corrects any distortion typically expected with fisheye lenses. Videos shot on Rylo can be shared in two formats:  regular HD video, and fully immersive video in 4K 360°.
