RONN Motor Group, Inc., a developer of all-electric hydrogen fuel-cell, zero-emission long-range transportation platforms, announced that it has named James (Jim) Maury as chief technology officer.
In his new role, Maury will drive strategic cross platform initiatives to maximize global manufacturing efficiencies and develop the software service eco-system to connect vehicles to customers and to RONN Motor Group’s service partners.
Before joining RONN, Maury served as the chief resource officer and vice president of operations at Global Weather Corp. Maury was also instrumental in delivering the mobile weather application to Yahoo, an app that is still in use today by more than 20 million users on iOS and Android devices. Prior to working at Global Weather, Maury spent more than seven years in wireless telecommunications,working at KDDI in Japan and at AT&T and Sprint. Maury earned a BA in economics from California State University, Long Beach.
