Hernandez’s expertise is derived from crafting digital strategies for leading brands such as Amazon.com, Dell, Citibank, Microsoft, Novartis, Philips, and Vivendi Universal, at well-known agencies such as Wunderman, Burson-Marstellar, Proof Integrated Communications, and most recently, Coyne, where he was chief digital officer. Prior to joining Coyne, Hernandez spent seven years with WPP’s Young & Rubicam Group, where he was recognized as a leader in the field for his mastery of omnichannel measurement, KPIs, analytics, and reporting.
