Insurance tech startup Clearsurance announced the close of $4 million in Series A financing led by Davis Capital Partners.
Clearsurance plans to make the insurance shopping and service experiences more transparent for consumers by offering the first-to-market crowdsourced insurance review and ratings platform. The company’s mission is to provide the most objective, trustworthy and comprehensive ratings, reviews and advocacy tools available. Using the company’s crowdsourcing platform, consumers can make more informed insurance decisions.
In its announcement, the company said funds will be used for strategic new hires as well as product development and marketing efforts.
