AxiomSL, a leading global provider of regulatory reporting, risk, and data management solutions, announced the appointment of Kathleen A. Corbet to its board of directors.
Corbet currently serves as lead director for MassMutual Financial Group, and is the founder and principal of Cross Ridge Capital, LLC, a private equity firm specializing in private investing and strategic consulting. She previously served as president of the market intelligence firm Standard & Poor’s, and as chief executive officer of AllianceBernstein L.P.’s fixed income division.
In addition to her role on AxiomSL’s board, Corbet is a member of the board of directors of TCP Capital Corp., a trustee of The Jackson Laboratory and a trustee associate of Boston College. She also served as a Director of CEB, Inc., until the company was sold to Gartner Group in 2017.
“We’re pleased to welcome Kathleen to our board of directors, enabling us to continue benefiting from her unique perspectives and deep experience as a corporate leader and skilled financial services expert,” said Alex Tsigutkin, global chief executive officer at AxiomSL. “Few people understand the need for risk and regulatory reporting solutions and the challenges faced by financial organizations across different regions and industries as thoroughly as Kathleen does. We’re confident her presence on our board will help advance AxiomSL into its next stage of growth.”
Corbet earned her BS in marketing and computer science from Boston College and her MBA in finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
