Taskware, an API aimed at simplifying workflows, today announced an integration with Built.io‘s platform-as-a-service, Built.io Flow. The partnership connects Taskware’s API calls for transcription, comparison, categorization, phone calls and image annotation to nearly 200 other applications, including Cisco Spark, Salesforce, Asana, Box and others.
Use cases include transcribing audio files and video files for closed captioning or search tagging, triggering a follow-up lead qualification phone call from a marketing form within minutes, translating websites and blog entries to preferred languages, and embedding Taskware into existing collaboration workflows to track work progress through messaging and task management applications.
“Taskware brings to Built.io a critical component in ensuring many diverse workflows can be executed using Built.io Flow,” said Akash Sureka, general manager for Built.io Flow. “Now, a human tasker can be queried on demand to do the work on top of machine-driven tasks, augmenting human and machine intelligence. Built.io is excited about the future of machine learning and artificial intelligence, and partnerships like this bring us to the forefront.”
