Real Estate Investment Startup AlphaFlow Raises $4.1 Million

AlphaFlow announced the completion of $4.1 million in seed financing led by Resolute Ventures and Point72 Ventures. Upside Partnership, Social Capital, Y Combinator, Clocktower Technology Ventures and Red Swan Ventures also participated.

AlphaFlow claims to be the first automated real estate investment service. The company works with residential real estate lenders around the country and underwrites their loans across more than 50 factors. AlphaFlow invests in the best deals, splitting clients’ portfolios across 100 loans in more than 15 states to create AlphaFlow Optimized Portfolios. The company uses best practices of investment management, including diversification, rebalancing, and institutional-quality data analytics, and automates them so investors can receive the benefits without the high fees and high minimums of traditional real estate investing.

According to the company, AlphaFlow plans to use the funding to continue scaling partnerships with lenders and investors, including accredited individuals and investment managers.
