PlanGrid Brings In $6.9 Million

According to a recent SEC filing, software startup PlanGrid has raised $6.9 million in financing from an undisclosed investor.

PlanGrid is a leading provider of construction software for the field. It helps contractors, owners, and architects collaborate easily from their mobile devices and desktops, managing blueprints, specs, photos, RFIs, and punch lists. PlanGrid’s cloud-based platform has been used on more than 450,000 construction projects, and it currently stores more than 50 million sheets of digital blueprints.
