Peer-to-peer RV rental marketplace Outdoorsy today announced the hire of Colin Gardiner to the role of chief product officer.
In his new role, Gardiner will lead Outdoorsy’s product teams across user experience, product strategy, affiliate programs and data science as the company expands its platform to a global audience.
Prior to joining Outdoorsy, Gardiner served as vice president of product and analytics at Tripping. Before Tripping.com, he was senior product manager at Ancestry.com, the global leader in family history and consumer genomics. Prior to his career in tech startups, Gardiner was a microeconomics economist and researcher at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.
