Urban Retreat Collective is a health and fitness network that aims to offer a calm space for yoga lovers in London. The company organizes retreats with a variety of plant-based meals from raw to cooked international flavours. It launches on October 1 with its first event at Redemption Bar in Notting Hill, the affluent neighborhood in West London. The event will focus on resetting digestive health, helping with irritable bowel syndrome and other digestive issues. Running for about 4 hours, each Urban Retreat costs upward of $90.
